Welcome to the IKS Academy! This is your go-to resource for getting the most out of your IKS system, and we're so glad you're here.
IKS clients can access our Learning Academy through the IKS portal by simply going into the Main Menu and selecting the Academy icon within the Learning section.
No extra logins are needed here, just input your IKS credentials to continue your journey into our Learning Academy.
Your learning experience is organized into three progressive stages designed to build naturally on each other as you grow more comfortable with the platform.
Get Started covers your daily workflow, lead management, and system essentials. It has everything you need to hit the ground running from day one.
Build On It layers in deeper features, communication tools, and workflows as your confidence grows.
Level Up introduces advanced tools, reporting, and optimization strategies that drive long-term results and full system confidence.
When you first log into the Learning Academy, you'll land on the Learn tab. Your Get Started learning path will already be waiting for you here, loaded with your required learning modules. To begin, simply select the Get Started path and click on the first course to open it. Select Start to begin, or Resume if you've already made some progress.
One of the best parts of the IKS Academy is that you can learn at your own pace. Start a course, stop when you need to, and pick right back up whenever you're ready. Your progress is saved automatically every step of the way.
As you move through the path, you'll notice a few things change along the way:
In progress — Once you've begun, the button will update from "Start learning path" to "Continue path," and a progress bar will appear showing how far along you are. Courses you've already completed will display a checkmark so you always know exactly where you left off.
Completion — Once all courses in the path are finished, all checkmarks will be filled in and your Get Started path will be marked complete. A great milestone worth celebrating!
Your progress is tracked automatically as you move through each course, so no extra steps are needed on your end. Happy learning!
