Once you have worked through your Get Started path, there is plenty more to explore and we encourage you to keep the momentum going! The Browse Library button is where you will find all the additional courses available to you, organized around the same three progressive stages you were introduced to when you first logged in.
Before you dive in, here is a quick refresher on what each stage means and what you will find there:
Get Started is where your required learning lives. These are your foundational modules covering daily workflow, lead management, and system essentials. Completing this stage is your first milestone and the most important one from a progress and tracking standpoint.
Build On It layers in deeper features, communication tools, and expanded workflows. This stage is available to you whenever you feel ready to go further, at your own pace.
Level Up introduces advanced tools, reporting, and optimization strategies designed to help you get the most out of your IKS system long term.
There is no required order for the optional stages — think of Build On It and Level Up as resources that are there for you whenever you are ready, not a checklist you need to work through on a schedule.
Accessing the Browse Library
To access the library, look for the Browse Library option in the left navigation menu from your Learn tab.
Searching and Filtering
Once you are in the library, you have a couple of ways to find exactly what you are looking for:
Use the search bar at the top to search by course name or keyword.
Use the topic filters on the left side to browse by stage or subject area — this is a great way to quickly find everything available within Get Started, Build On It, or Level Up without having to scroll through everything.
Browsing and Favoriting
From the library, you will see courses organized by topic and stage. Feel free to scroll through and explore what is available at any point in your journey. There is no limit to how much you can browse or save.
To save something for later without starting it, click the heart icon on any course or learning path card. This adds it to your Favorites section on your Learn tab so you can find it easily whenever you are ready.
Once you are ready to head back to your Learn tab, simply select the X in the top right corner and you will be taken right back to everything you have added and any learning already in progress.
Starting a Course from the Library
When you find a course you would like to take, select it and click Start. It will then show up on your Learn tab under My Learning so you can access it anytime and pick up right where you left off.
The Browse Library is yours to explore freely. Keep in mind that completion tracking and progress reporting apply to your required Get Started learning modules, so feel free to browse, save, and start optional content without any pressure. Learning at your own pace is always encouraged!
A Note on Your Completed Courses
As you work through content in the library, any course you finish will automatically move to the Completed section on your Learn tab. From there you will be able to see your completion date, any quiz scores, and download a completion certificate if one is available. Completed courses stay in your Completed section even if you go back and revisit them, so your record is always preserved.
Not sure where to start? After completing your required Get Started modules, exploring the additional Get Started content in the library is a wonderful next step before moving into Build On It.
