Getting Started
I clicked into the Academy but I am not seeing any courses. What do I do?
Make sure you are on the Learn tab once you are inside the Academy. Your Get Started learning path will be waiting for you there. If you are still not seeing anything, try logging out and back in, and if the issue continues reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal and our team will get back to you right away.
Do I need a separate login for the Learning Academy?
No! You access the IKS Learning Academy using your existing IKS credentials. No additional account setup is needed.
Progress and Completion
I started a course but my progress does not seem to have saved. What happened?
Your progress is saved automatically as you move through each lesson. If something does not look right, try the following:
Make sure you did not close the browser tab mid-lesson without finishing the current section
Check that you have a stable internet connection
Log out and back in and see if your progress has updated
I finished a course but it is still showing as In Progress. Why?
This usually means there is a remaining completion requirement that has not been fully met yet, such as a quiz that needs to be passed or additional lesson content that needs to be viewed. Go back into the course and check if there are any remaining sections or a quiz waiting for you. In order for a section/course to be counted as complete you’ll see check marks for all the content and/or 100% completion under the course title.
Can I retake a course I have already completed?
Yes! You can revisit any completed course at any time. It will remain in your Completed section and your original completion record will always be preserved.
Certificates
I completed a course but I cannot find my certificate. Where is it?
Head to your Completed section on your Learn tab, find the course, and look for the Download Certificate link on the card. If it is not there, it may mean that a quiz requirement was not fully met or that the course does not include a certificate. If you believe it should be available, reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal and we will be happy to help.
Browsing and the Library
I added a course from the Browse Library but I cannot find it now. Where did it go?
Once you click Start on a course from the library, it will appear in your In Progress section on your Learn tab. If you only favorited it without starting it, you will find it in your Favorites section instead.
I favorited a course but it is not showing up in my Favorites. What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser and checking your Favorites section again. If it still is not appearing, log out and back in. If the issue continues, reach out to us and we will take a look.
Is there a limit to how many courses I can explore from the library?
Not at all! The Browse Library is yours to explore freely. Save as many courses as you like, start them at your own pace, and come back to them whenever you are ready.
Technical Issues
The course is not loading. What should I try?
A few quick things to check:
Try refreshing your browser
Make sure you are using a supported modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
Clear your browser cache and try again
Check your internet connection
If none of those do the trick, reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal with a description of what you are seeing and we will get it sorted out.
The Academy is not loading at all when I click into it from my IKS portal. What do I do?
First try logging out of your IKS portal completely and logging back in. If you are still having trouble, reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal and let us know what you are experiencing so we can assist.
