Welcome to your learner dashboard! When you first log into the IKS Learning Academy, this is your home base. Everything you need to access, track, and manage your learning journey lives right here on the Learn tab with no digging around required.
Here is a quick walkthrough of what you will find and where.
The Sidebar
On the right side of your dashboard, you will find your personal learning sidebar. This is your at-a-glance view of everything assigned to you and where you stand.
Assigned — shows the total number of training items currently enrolled to you, listed in order from most recently assigned. Click Show more to see the full list, or select any title directly from here to jump straight into it.
Statistics — a quick snapshot of your overall learning activity so you can see how you are progressing across all of your training including hour and completion metrics.
My Learning
The main area of your dashboard is broken into a few distinct sections under My Learning. Think of this as your personal training feed where everything you are working on, have worked on, and want to work on lives here.
In Progress
This is where you will find everything you are currently enrolled in and actively working through, including anything you have self-enrolled in from the Browse Library. By default, your In Progress list is sorted by due date, but you can also sort by enrollment date or title using the dropdown menu on the right.
Each course card shows you the cover image, title, estimated time to complete, and due date if one has been assigned. If you have already started a course, a progress bar displays right on the card so you can see at a glance how far along you are.
Completed
Once you finish a course, it moves here automatically. Your Completed section is a record of everything you have accomplished and includes:
The date you finished
Your final quiz score, if applicable
A link to download your completion certificate, if one is available
Completed courses stay here permanently. Even if you go back and revisit them, your completion record is always preserved. For a full breakdown of how completion is tracked and what counts toward your progress, check out our article on Tracking Your Progress and Completion.
Favorites
Any course or learning path you have saved by clicking the heart icon will appear here, regardless of whether it is in progress or completed. This is your personal shortlist and a great place to keep track of content you want to come back to.
To add something to Favorites, click the heart icon on any course card. Click it again to remove it. Keep in mind that favoriting a course saves it for your reference but does not enroll you. You will still need to select it and click Start to begin learning.
Browse Library
You will also see the Browse Library option in your left navigation. This is where all available courses and learning paths live, organized by topic and stage, and is separate from your active learning feed. Think of it as your course catalog, always available whenever you are ready to explore something new.

A Quick Note on Required vs. Optional Learning
Your dashboard will show both your required learning modules and any optional content you have chosen to explore from the library. Just keep in mind that completion tracking and progress reporting apply to your required Get Started modules, so your dashboard may show additional in-progress or saved items that are there purely for your own growth and exploration, with no pressure attached.
Downloading a Certificate
If you have completed a course that includes a certificate, head to your Completed section, find the course, and click the Download Certificate link on the card. If the link is not available, it may mean that quiz requirements were not fully met or that the course does not include a certificate. If you believe a certificate should be available and you are not seeing the link, reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal and we will be happy to take a look.
