One of the best parts of the IKS Learning Academy is that your progress is always being tracked automatically in the background. No extra steps, no manual check-ins needed on your end. Just learn, and we will take care of the rest!
How Progress is Tracked
As you move through your courses, your progress is saved automatically every step of the way. This means you can start a course, stop whenever you need to, and pick right back up exactly where you left off the next time you log in.
Your In Progress courses will always display a progress bar on the course card so you can see at a glance how far along you are.
What Counts as Complete
A course is marked complete once you have met its completion requirements, which typically means working through the course content in full. Some courses may also include a quiz, in which case passing the quiz is part of meeting the completion requirement.

Once complete, the course moves automatically to your Completed section on your Learn tab and your progress is locked in.
A Note on Required vs. Optional Content
Completion tracking and progress reporting apply to your required Get Started learning modules. Optional courses you explore from the Browse Library are there for your own growth and learning at your own pace, so there is no completion requirement or pressure attached to those.
Certificates
Some courses in the IKS Learning Academy include a completion certificate once all requirements have been met. To download yours, head to your Completed section, find the course, and click the Download Certificate link on the card.
If the link is not appearing, it may mean one of the following:
Quiz requirements were not fully met
No additional quiz attempts are available
The course does not include a certificate
If you believe a certificate should be available and you are not seeing it, reach out to us via the support chat inside your IKS portal and we will be happy to take a look.
